Every membership works the same way. The only difference is how quickly your balance builds. You can move between tiers at any time.

Your gift is yours to claim in a single visit within 90 days of joining, while your membership is active. One gift per person, on first joining.
It rolls over. Any credit you do not use stays in your account and carries forward. You are never under pressure to spend it within the month.
You choose when to use it. Your balance is never applied automatically. At each visit you decide whether to use your credit or pay separately, and if a treatment costs more than your balance, you pay only the difference on the day.
Your own payments do not expire. While your membership is active, every pound you pay in stays in your account.
The extra credit is valid for six months. The additional credit we add each month is valid from the date it is issued. Credit is always spent oldest first, so as long as you are using your membership the extra credit is used well before it lapses. We will remind you in good time.
We do not think it is right to keep taking payments from someone who is not getting anything back. If your balance reaches six months’ worth of credit, we pause your payments automatically. Your full balance is kept, nothing lapses while you are waiting to hear from us, and payments restart as soon as your balance falls below the cap.

Pausing. Life gets in the way. You can pause your membership for up to six months at any time, at no cost and without cancelling, from your account. While paused, no payments are taken, no new credit is added, and your balance is held safely.
Cancelling. There is no minimum term. Your membership runs month to month and you can cancel at any time. Any balance you have remains available to use for six months from your final payment, and we will contact you at three months and again at one month to help you plan how to use it.

Your membership balance can be applied towards any single treatment or any recommended treatment plan tailored to your individual goals. Balance cannot be used towards pre-packaged courses, bundles, or discounted treatment sets. It applies as a direct credit against the standard price of your chosen treatment or plan at the time of your appointment.
Each month's membership credit is valid for 6 months from the date it is added to your account. Unused balance rolls over automatically within this window, allowing you to save towards higher-value treatments. Any balance that remains unused after 6 months will expire. We recommend booking regularly to make the most of your membership.
Membership balance cannot be combined with additional discounts, promotional offers, or referral credits. It applies as a credit towards the standard treatment price and cannot be stacked with other savings. This ensures we can continue to offer genuine value through the membership itself.
Yes — one of the key benefits of membership is the ability to accumulate your balance over time. If you are planning a higher-value treatment or a recommended treatment plan, you can allow your monthly credits to build and apply the full amount when you are ready, subject to the 6-month validity window.
Membership balance is strictly non-transferable. It is linked to your individual account and cannot be shared with, gifted to, or redeemed by another person. This applies to all membership tiers.
Your balance can be used across the full range of treatments listed on our menu, subject to individual suitability. A consultation may be required before certain treatments, and holding a membership does not guarantee suitability for any specific procedure. We will always carry out the appropriate assessment before proceeding.
Membership can be cancelled at any time, and it ends at the end of the month you have paid for. You can cancel with the Cancel my membership button in your account, or by contacting us by email or WhatsApp. If we change the price of your membership, we will tell you at least 30 days before the new price starts, and you can cancel at any time before then with no notice needed, so you never pay a price you did not agree to. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of cancellation will remain valid for 6 months from its original credit date. We are always happy to discuss your membership if your circumstances change.
