Your membership balance can be applied towards any single treatment or any recommended treatment plan tailored to your individual goals. Balance cannot be used towards pre-packaged courses, bundles, or discounted treatment sets. It applies as a direct credit against the standard price of your chosen treatment or plan at the time of your appointment.
Each month's membership credit is valid for 6 months from the date it is added to your account. Unused balance rolls over automatically within this window, allowing you to save towards higher-value treatments. Any balance that remains unused after 6 months will expire. We recommend booking regularly to make the most of your membership.
Membership balance cannot be combined with additional discounts, promotional offers, or referral credits. It applies as a credit towards the standard treatment price and cannot be stacked with other savings. This ensures we can continue to offer genuine value through the membership itself.
Yes — one of the key benefits of membership is the ability to accumulate your balance over time. If you are planning a higher-value treatment or a recommended treatment plan, you can allow your monthly credits to build and apply the full amount when you are ready, subject to the 6-month validity window.
Membership balance is strictly non-transferable. It is linked to your individual account and cannot be shared with, gifted to, or redeemed by another person. This applies to all membership tiers.
Your balance can be used across the full range of treatments listed on our menu, subject to individual suitability. A consultation may be required before certain treatments, and holding a membership does not guarantee suitability for any specific procedure. We will always carry out the appropriate assessment before proceeding.
Membership can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Please contact us by email or WhatsApp to request cancellation. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of cancellation will remain valid for 6 months from its original credit date. We are always happy to discuss your membership if your circumstances change.
