7. Treatment Eligibility

All treatments at Polished Beauty London are available to individuals aged 18 years and over only. No exceptions are made. Before any treatment, clients must complete a health questionnaire. Our practitioners’ assessments are final in all matters of treatment suitability.

8. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are correct at the time of publication. Prices may change and we recommend confirming the current price when booking. Payments are processed securely by our third-party providers.

9. Prize Draws and Giveaways

From time to time we run free prize draws. Unless the specific promotion says otherwise, the following applies.

• Who can enter. Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over. Employees of Polished Beauty London and their immediate families may not enter.
• How to enter. Complete the entry form on our website. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. One entry per person; duplicate entries from the same email address will not be counted twice.
• Closing date. Entries close at the date and time shown on the giveaway page. Entries received after that point cannot be accepted.
• How the winner is chosen. Winners are selected at random from all valid entries using a computer-generated random draw. We keep a record of how each draw was made so that the result can be independently checked, and we will share that record on request.
• Notification. We email every entrant once the draw has taken place, whether or not they have won. Winners are contacted using the email address given at entry.
• Claiming the prize. Winners must claim within the period stated in their winning email (usually 14–21 days). If we cannot reach a winner, or the prize is not claimed in time, we may redraw or award the prize to a runner-up.
• The prize. The prize is as described on the giveaway page. It is personal to the winner, cannot be transferred or sold, and there is no cash alternative. If the prize becomes unavailable we may substitute one of equal or greater value.
• Suitability. All prizes involving treatment are subject to consultation and to your suitability for that treatment. If a treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, we will offer a suitable alternative of similar value. Prizes may not be combined with other offers, vouchers or membership benefits.
• Fair play. We may disqualify any entry we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or otherwise in breach of these terms. We will record the reason for any disqualification.
• Your information. We use entry details to run the draw and contact you about the result. Marketing consent is entirely optional and never a condition of entering. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability
