A deposit of £30 is required to secure your initial consultation. This deposit is fully redeemable against the cost of any treatment you proceed with. If you choose not to proceed with treatment after your consultation, the deposit is retained as a consultation fee, reflecting the time and expertise provided.
We recommend attending a consultation without obligation. We will never pressure you to proceed.
A deposit may be required when booking treatment appointments. The amount is confirmed at booking. For pre-purchased courses, payment is typically required in full at the time of purchase.

If you do not attend your appointment without notifying us, your deposit is forfeited in full. We reserve the right to require full payment in advance for future bookings following a no-show.
In the rare event we need to cancel your appointment, we will contact you promptly and offer the earliest available alternative. If no suitable alternative is available, your deposit will be refunded in full.
If you cancel a course before your first session, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid minus a 10% administration fee.
Once one or more sessions have taken place, remaining unused sessions may be:
Unused sessions expire 12 months from the date of purchase. We cannot offer refunds or extensions for expired sessions.

We cannot offer refunds for treatments that have already been carried out. Results are influenced by individual biology, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare guidance — factors outside our control. Our practitioners will always discuss realistic expectations before proceeding.
If you have a concern about a treatment you have received, please contact us promptly. We take all concerns seriously and will arrange a follow-up assessment at no charge where appropriate.
If you need to cancel at short notice due to illness, bereavement, or another genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as you are able. We will review each situation individually and do what we reasonably can to accommodate you.
